Hingham Surgery feedback report May 2022

In May 2022 we visited Hingham Surgery to speak with patients about their experience with local health and social care services. From this visit we received 15 reviews for Hingham Surgery. In addition to this, we received two further reviews for the surgery from promoting our visit on local community groups on Facebook. All patients we received feedback from rated their overall experience with the surgery as five stars out of five. Alongside this we also asked patients to rate cleanliness, quality of care, staff attitudes, staff communication with you, and waiting time. Although not compulsory, the ratings we did receive were all five stars out of five....
In March 2022, Healthwatch Norfolk engaged with members of the public in the Gorleston area. This took place at Gorleston Library, Shrublands Medical Centre, and online in a local community Facebook group. As a result, 47 pieces of feedback for nine different service providers were collected....

From this visit we received 26 reviews for Wymondham Medical Partnership. We also visited Wymondham Library where we received 3 pieces of feedback for the surgery. Alongside this, these visits were promoted on Facebook before and after and so consequently the following report also includes feedback received directly through our website or sent through the post from 1st May to 10th June 2022. In addition to this we received two reviews for the surgery from promoting our visit on local community groups on Facebook. All these reviews have an average star rating of 4.9 out of five. Only two patients did not rate the surgery as the full five stars....
