Mattishall and Lenwade Surgeries Feedback Report August 2023
In August we visited both branches of Mattishall and Lenwade Surgeries to speak with patients about their experience with local health and social care services. From these visits we received 14 reviews for Mattishall Surgery with and average rating of 4.1 out of five, and 11 reviews for Lenwade Surgery with an average rating of 4.4.
How Norfolk pharmacies are working for you June 2023
Throughout March and April 2023 we visited pharmacies and dispensaries across Norfolk to speak with service users and find out what was working well and what could be improved for service users.
We spoke to or received survey responses from 1,093 pharmacy users in Norfolk. We also heard from 46 professionals working in surgeries or pharmacies.

Blofield Surgery feedback report August 2023
In August 2023 we visited Blofield Surgery to speak with patients about their experience with local health and social care services. From this visit we received 29 reviews for the surgery. The reviews have an average star rating of 4.7 out of five and all the patients we spoke to rated their experience as four or five out of five.
