To access NHS 111 in another language, you just need to say “interpreter” to the call handler and then say the language you wish to communicate in.

King’s Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council has created a guide for people in its area with useful information for people in that area and local charities offering support, as well as some contact details for national organisations who could help refugees anywhere in Norfolk.
