Waiting Well
We were asked to evaluate the Waiting Well project which offered home adaptations, physiotherapy, and mental wellbeing support for patients in South Norfolk and Broadland awaiting orthopaedic care.
We spoke to those patients in a variety of ways and compiled a report with full analysis of those findings and accompanying recommendations for the district councils funding it.
