Sometimes the help you need from Healthwatch Norfolk does not fit into a specific category. You may want a mix of project work, engagement, and training, with accompanying communications support.
We are happy to work on a bespoke solution for you. We just ask that any work we take on fits in with our core values and work, and we can discuss that with you as we plan any project.
At Healthwatch Norfolk, we have long-term relationships with health and care organisations working on a mix of projects and engagement based on the needs of each organisation.
Patient Participation Group (PPG) project
NHS Norfolk and Waveney asked us to explore what PPGs needed to ensure they have a strong voice in the community, can attract more members and act as an additional gateway between local people and the GP practice they support.
As well as carrying out some detailed engagement on this, we also created a PPG toolkit with information and resources to help groups across the county.
