Are you looking after someone? Then you can apply for a FREE Carers Identity Passport.
They are available for unpaid carers of all ages in Norfolk and Waveney.
It helps to identify them in healthcare settings. Carers Voice worked with the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care System to produce a Carers Identity Passport.
It is for carers of all ages including young carers and parent carers, and ensures they are recognised.
The passport is for identification only. It helps carers, the people they care for and staff to work together as a team.
