Walsham Grange feedback report May 2024

In May 2024, we visited Walsham Grange care home in North Walsham to speak with the people who live there about their experiences. This is part of a targeted engagement programme which sees us visit care homes across Norfolk.

At the time of our visit, 49 people were living there, most of whom have dementia and have their care funded by the local authority.

We found all members of staff were professional, warm and caring, and the manager told us how they work to provide person-centred care.

Our team received six reviews during our visit – three from people who live there and three from staff. They scored an average rating of 4.6 out of 5.

I have nothing to complain about, my room is very comfortable. I suppose whatever you do it can always be done better, but I'm happy here.
