Have you received support to give up smoking recently?
Are you a current smoker who is looking for help to quit?
We are carrying out an independent evaluation of the services in Norfolk that can help people quit smoking and want to hear your views and experiences.
We are interested in hearing from current smokers, those who have given up within the last 10 years and those who have attempted to give up and relapsed.
Norfolk County Council Public Health commissions services to help people stop smoking part of its statutory responsibilities. Sharing your views will help shape future support services.
How do I share my experiences?
