Healthwatch Norfolk wants to find out how GP practice staff dealing directly with patients are using the Shared Care Record and what they think of it.
We would like to hear from GPs, physician associates, nurse practitioners, practice nurses, paramedics, clinical pharmacists, and other practice staff involved in direct patient care.
