Share your experiences of care homes in Norfolk

Are you a friend or a relative of someone living in a care home in Norfolk?

We’re working with Norfolk County Council’s Adult Social Care team to explore people’s experiences of living in care homes across Norfolk.

We’re interested in hearing from residents, family members and friends of people living in care homes, to help us better understand how person-centred the care is and recommend ways in which care homes can improve the quality of life for residents.

How do I share my experiences?

You can complete the survey by clicking on the link below.

Or you can telephone us on 01953 856029. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.

If you require the survey in a different format, eg. Large Print, please email enquiries@healthwatchnorfolk.co.uk, or call us on the telephone number above.

The survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete.

All responses will be anonymous.

The information will be used by Healthwatch Norfolk to make recommendations to Norfolk County Council’s Adult Social Care team on how quality of life and person-centred practice can be improved across Norfolk care homes.

The closing date of the survey is 31 May 2026.
