The adult social care team at Norfolk County Council team is keen to find out what people think about the service it provides, and the help and support it offers to those who need it.
It wants to get feedback on how well it keeps people safe, whether it delivers good quality support which ensures people get the help they need, and also look at both its leadership and the way it works with others.
By July 11, it wants to gather evidence from people in Norfolk about their experiences.
This can then be set against the challenges of the pandemic, increased demand, and the challenges around resources.
A survey has been created which will ask about a number of things including:
- Do people feel they are put at the centre of any process / contact with the adult social care team?
- Were they able to be central to decisions?
- Were they offered choice and alternatives to “traditional” services?
- If someone contacted the team with a query, concern or complaint, how did we respond?
- What did they do well?
- What did they do not so well?
- Any suggestions for improvement
It will take about 10 minutes to complete. The first 100 people to finish the survey will also get a £25 Love2Shop voucher as a thank you for their time.
