We are working with Norfolk County Council to understand more about people’s experiences and uptake of NHS Health Checks in Norfolk.
What is an NHS Health Check?
It will check for certain health problems or early signs of some conditions. If you are aged between 40-74 years old, you may be eligible for an NHS Health Check and we want to hear from you.
Your GP should contact you to book your NHS Health Check. You can either go to your practice for the check or book online.
We have put together some information about them here.
Whether you have had multiple NHS Health Checks or have never had one before, your views are important to us. Hearing directly from service users will allow NCC to gain a better understanding of the public’s uptake and experiences of NHS Health Checks as well as opportunities for learning.
The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous and will be fed back to the county council.
The responses will also be used by Healthwatch Norfolk to make recommendations to NCC as part of a project report. The report will be publicly available on our website and may be used in other Healthwatch Norfolk Communications.
