The Beeches feedback report March 2024

Healthwatch Norfolk visited The Beeches care home in East Harling to talk to residents about their experiences. It is part of our targeted engagement of visiting care homes across the county.

The home provides residential care for up to 45 people aged 65 or over. From this visit, we received three reviews from the people who live there which got an average star rating of 4.3 out of 5.

They said the staff work hard to create a pleasant environment and a range of activities were offered although shortages in the team can have an impact on some aspects of care such as the regularity of baths.
