In April 2024, Healthwatch Norfolk visited Snettisham Surgery to talk to patients about their health and social care and compiled a feedback report. We received 11 reviews which had an average star rating of 4.3 out of five.
Overall, most patients we spoke to were happy with the care they received from the surgery. There were mixed experiences when it came to booking appointments, and two patients felt they would rather attend appointments at Heacham as it was more local to them.
