Lawns Medical Practice, Diss, feedback report – October 2022

The majority of patients we heard from reported being happy with their experience at their doctors’ surgery. They told us they were treated well by staff and most shared they found the practice efficient and were easily able to access appointments.

There is good signage at the practice although some looked a little tired and patients knew where to go for appointments.

The surgery’s reception team were very welcoming and the practice manager was keen for us to visit, and the building was very accessible.
