Healthwatch Norfolk Annual Report 2022

The last year has undoubtedly brought challenges and we have done our best to help and guide people through them, whether ensuring they are aware of the latest Covid 19 guidance or helping to navigate the often tricky path to get better care and support. Set against this is the new health and social care system which promises to bring services closer together and the opportunities this brings. We are realistic about the challenges ahead but we hope by working very closely with health and social care providers and those who commission care, we can continue our role as a ‘critical friend.’
