While patients told us their experience were generally good, they highlighted a few issues with us. These included:
- Difficulties accessing appointments
- Not enough chairs in the waiting room
- Long waits for appointments
- Some communication confusion
Heacham Group Practice feedback report July 2022
In September 2023 we visited Heacham Group Practice to speak with patients about their experience with health and social care services. From this visit we received 23 reviews for the practice.
