Overall, people seemed happy with their experiences of care at Grimston Medical Centre. Staff were praised for being kind, caring and friendly and some responders had specific praise for clinical staff mentioning they take time and explain things clearly. Although feedback was mainly positive, some concerns were raised about access to appointments and one person with a hearing impairment highlighted difficulties they experienced with telephone appointments.
