Gayton Road Health Centre feedback report – March 2023

Overall, the patients we spoke to were mostly happy with their experiences at the health centre, Some told us about difficulties accessing appointments and long waits on the phone when calling the centre. Once patients were able to get an appointment, they told us they were happy and were treated well by staff.

We also found reception staff dealt with patients in a polite, friendly and courteous way although there was a slow-moving queue most of the time we were on site, with some patients waiting for considerable lengths of time.
