In July 2026 we visited Sprowston Primary Care Centre to speak with patients about their experience with health and social care services. From this visit we received 13 reviews and the reviews have an average star rating of 3.5 out of 5.
Sprowston Primary Care Centre is part of East Norwich Medical Partnership and is a GP surgery located in the outskirts of Norwich. Upon their last inspection, they received a rating of ‘Good’, from the CQC. There are approximately 14,000 patients registered with the practice, and they offer a variety of services, including family planning and diagnostic and screening procedures.
Overall, patients noted that it is very difficult to book and get appointments, with multiple patients mentioning difficulties with the 8am call and booking system. Generally, patients reported positively about staff attitudes and onward care.
