Patient and professional experiences of using digital tools in primary care Year Two summary report

This report is a summary of the second year of our Digital Tools work looking at how patients access health care digitally. It looks at the introduction of the Shared Care Record, public awareness of the NHS app, and how some GP practices are doing innovative work helping people access information and help digitally.

Our recommendations included more awareness work to promote Norfolk’s Digital Health Hubs which help people to use apps and other technology to access care, work with patients to make sure information is clear and accessible on different technology platforms, and create a clear and accessible guide to the NHS app.
