In July 2026 we visited Cromer Group Practice to speak with patients about their experience with health and social care services. From this visit we received 23 reviews. The reviews have an average star rating of 4.5 out of 5.
The practice is in Cromer, a town on the North Norfolk coast. Upon their last inspection, a rating of ‘Good’ was received from the CQC. There are approximately just over 12,000 patients registered with the practice. The practice offers a variety of services including chronic disease management, vaccinations and prescriptions, alongside non-NHS Services such as insurance claim forms and private sick notes.
Overall, patients were keen to point out the quality of the care and the friendliness of the staff. Some patients however commented on a general difficulty in obtaining appointments.
