Healthwatch Norfolk does not normally gather feedback about services that have ended or closed. We made an exception because we were contacted by numerous members of the public about Benjamin Court Reablement Services in Cromer. Because our role is to listen to the voice of the patient, we visited Cromer Library on October 13 to speak to people about their experience of the service.
