Patient views on the future of Blakeney Surgery

Holt Medical Practice are proposing to close their branch surgery Blakeney Surgery. Healthwatch Norfolk were asked by Blakeney Parish Council to find out the impact that the proposed closure might have on the local community.

Three Hospitals Three Weeks – patient experience at the James Paget Hospital

During the week 19th to 23rd June 2023 we visited the James Paget University Hospital every day to find out about patient experience. We wanted to find out what was working well and what could be better. We visited outpatient clinics, patients on wards, and Accident and Emergency to speak with patients, their carers, and their visitors. This also included a focus on Maternity services.

Swan Lane Surgery Long Stratton report July 2023

In July 2023 we visited Swan Lane Surgery to speak with patients about their experience with health and social care services. From this visit we received 15 reviews for the surgery. We have also received two reviews through our website this month for the surgery. These 17 reviews have an average star rating of 4.6 out of five.

In November 2021 we visited all three branches of Castle Partnership in Norwich – Gurney, Mile End, and Tuckswood Surgeries. From these visits we received 38 reviews with an average rating of 4.6 (out of five).

Heathgate Medical Practice feedback report November 2021

On 12th November 2021 we visited Heathgate Medical Practice in Poringland to collect feedback from patients about their experiences with the practice. From this visit we collected 33 reviews with an average star rating of 4.5 (out of five). It is worth noting that most patients (24, 73%) gave the surgery the full five stars.
