A special event is being organised to help people with Norfolk discover more about diabetes.
Sessions on diet, managing the condition, and footcare will all be part of the day at The Nest in Norwich on Tuesday April 16 from 10am to 4.30pm.
It is organised by Diabetes UK and the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board, and aims to help those living with Type 2 diabetes.
There will also be opportunities to find out about eye care, mental health and wellbeing from a team of professionals, who will also be available to answer any questions.
Some of the Healthwatch Norfolk team will also be there to hear about your health and social care experiences.
