Help applying for a blue badge

This page gives advice and information about applying for a Blue Badge.

A Blue Badge is a parking permit for people who have severe mobility problems caused by ongoing and substantial visible or non-visible disabilities. It allows them easier access to goods and services. A Blue Badge costs £10. Payment is only taken if your application is successful.

There are several organisations which can support you in your application from help with printing and postage, to help filling out the form itself.

To apply for a Blue Badge permit online, you must visit: www.gov.uk/apply-blue-badge

View Norfolk County Council’s Blue Badge information pack: Blue Badge NCC guidance information
