Share your views on digital technology and healthcare

Do you use the NHS App?

Have you heard of Electronic Patient Records?

What do you think of plans to digitalise the NHS?

We’re working with Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (NWICB) to understand people’s attitudes to the use of digital technology in healthcare.

We want to know your thoughts and opinions about how the NHS uses technologies and plans to use technologies in the future. We call these technologies ‘digital tools’.

We’re interested in your experiences and views around three areas:

  • Electronic Patient Records (EPR): Exploring how much you know about EPRs, secure digital systems used in hospitals to record information about a person’s care.
  • The NHS app: Assessing your awareness and experience of using the NHS App to manage your healthcare.
  • The future of digital tools: Gathering your opinions of the Government’s plans to digitalise the NHS and how would this impact you.

How do I share my experiences?
