We are working with NHS Norfolk and Waveney to understand more about the take-up of the NHS App with people under 30 in Norfolk.
Are you aged 16 to 30 and live in Norfolk? Have you ever downloaded the NHS App? If so, was it useful? If you have not, what would persuade you to do so?
We are working with NHS Norfolk and Waveney to understand more about the ways people access health care and information.
Our current focus on the NHS App to help us understand what would encourage more people to download it.
It will let you do various things including access your GP health record and test results, check on appointments, and get access to general medical information.
Just click the link below to take part in our online survey, which will take around five minutes to complete.
Everyone who completes it will be entered into a draw to win one of five £50 Amazon vouchers.
