Are you over 65 and use the NHS App?
If you are over 65 and live in Norfolk, we would like to hear whether you use the NHS App or prefer more traditional access to your GP surgery.
Are you 65 or over and live in Norfolk? Do you go online to access health care? Or do you prefer to talk to someone in-person at your GP surgery?
We are working with NHS Norfolk and Waveney to understand more about the ways people access health care and information.
Our latest survey is focused on the NHS App which you can put onto your mobile phone or tablet. It will let you do various things including access your GP health record and test results, check on appointments, and get access to general medical information.
At the moment, lots of people aged over 65 are not using it and we are keen to find out more.
Take part in our anonymous survey below to find out more about why you do, or don’t use it.
The survey closes on December 15, 2024.
Once all the feedback is in, the Healthwatch Norfolk team will analyse all the responses and then write a report detailing what we found. We will also publish a set of recommendations for the NHS locally based on what you tell us.
