How do you use your local chemist in Norfolk?
Every three years, a survey is carried out to make sure the pharmacy services in Norfolk meet your needs.
It will ask you various questions about how you use your pharmacy, when you would like it to be open, how you travel to it, and you can also leave your feedback about chemist services.
The deadline for submitting your feedback is November 30.
If you prefer a paper-copy, you can request one by emailing [email protected]
All the responses will then be analysed to find out what people think.
This will then help decision-makers work out what services are needed for this area over the next three years.
