East Coast Community Healthcare patient feedback review

Have you used East Coast Community Healthcare (ECCH) services?

What do you think of the ways in which patients can leave feedback with ECCH?

We are working alongside Knowing Works (the new name for Healthwatch Suffolk) to carry out an independent evaluation of ECCH’s patient feedback systems and how effective they are.

ECCH is a social enterprise, providing community-based NHS and social care services across Norfolk and Suffolk.

You can find out more about the services provided by ECCH here.

We would like to hear from any patients, carers and relatives who have used ECCH services and provided feedback about the care they received.

ECCH has a number of ways that patients, carers and relatives can provide feedback and this could be in the form of a compliment, a suggestion for change or a specific complaint or concern about treatment.

Find out more about the current feedback system at ECCH here.

How do I share my experiences?
