In September 2026 we visited the Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) at the James Paget University Hospital (JPUH) to speak with patients about their experience with health and social care services. From this visit we received 11 reviews which have an average star rating of 5 out of 5.
JPUH CDC is located on the James Paget Hospital Site in Gorleston-On-Sea and offers a variety of services including Ultrasound, X-ray, CT and MRI scanning.
Overall, patients were very satisfied with the services provided at the Community Diagnostic Centre. Patients consistently praised the friendly, caring and reassuring staff, clear explanations, and the way staff helped them feel calm and comfortable. Reviews also highlighted short waiting times, efficient appointments, easy access, cleanliness and spacious surroundings, with some patients noting convenient parking.
