We’re working with Norfolk County Council and Norfolk Care Association on the Norfolk Neighbourhood Learning Partnership (NNLP).
The NNLP is a project exploring how adult social care can work more locally, prevent problems earlier, connect people with community support, and provide more joined-up, person-centred help.
We have two surveys we are inviting people to complete:
- A survey for people who are currently receiving support from adult social care services in Norfolk: We want to hear about your experiences of current support, such as help at home, personal care, supported living, day opportunities, equipment or adaptations, or support from a social worker. It may also include advice and support for unpaid carers.
- A survey for those who would like to share their views about what they would like to see from adult social care services in the future: We want to hear about the nearby places you use for services, support, activities or social contact. We’re interested in your current experience of life in your local area, and how you think adult social care services should develop going forward.
Each survey takes around 5-10 minutes to complete.
How do I share my experiences?
You can complete the survey by clicking on the link below.
If you have extra feedback you would like to give, or prefer to complete the survey over the phone, please call Healthwatch Norfolk on 0808 168 9669, and we will arrange a time to ring you back.
You can also email [email protected] to receive the survey in alternative formats, including Easy Read and large print.
All responses will be anonymous.
The survey responses will be collected and analysed by Healthwatch Norfolk and used to make recommendations to adult social care on how services can be improved across Norfolk.
