We’re working with the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group (NWUHG) to gather public views on how healthcare services should develop in the next 10 to 20 years.
The feedback we gather will help inform the NWUHG’s new Clinical Strategy, which will consider how services in the future can be delivered by the three hospitals within the Group: The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn and The James Paget University Hospital.
We would like to know:
• What works well now
• What makes it difficult for you to get the care you need
• What matters most when you use hospital services
• How you feel about receiving more care closer to home
• What you think about travelling for specialist care
• What you think should be considered when the NWUHG are planning healthcare for the future.
Your answers will be shared with the senior doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals developing the plan for NHS services across Norfolk and Waveney going forward, as well as patient and community representatives.
Please note: This questionnaire is NOT a consultation on proposals to change any services. If proposals for major changes are developed in the future, there will be further opportunities for Norfolk residents to have their say before decisions are made.

All responses will be anonymous.
The survey responses will be collected and analysed by Healthwatch Norfolk and used as part of an independent evaluation of public views of the future of healthcare in Norfolk and Waveney. The report will be publicly available on our website and may be used in other Healthwatch Norfolk communications.
