The practice is in Mundesley village on the northeast coast of the county of Norfolk. Upon their last inspection, a rating of ‘Good’ was received from the CQC. There are approximately 5,700 patients registered with the practice. Mundesley Medical Centre offers a variety of services including chronic disease management, phlebotomy, family planning and women’s health, community nursing and wellbeing support.
Overall, patients were keen to praise staff for their kindness, professionality and efficiency. In general, patients commented on ease of getting appointments and several mentioned quick referrals, though one mentioned an issue with them.
