Overall, people were satisfied with the care they received at Boughton Surgery. Many felt that staff were friendly and polite. There was mixed feedback regarding access to appointments. Some felt they could get appointments when needed, however others felt there were long waits for routine appointments and that there wasn’t enough follow up appointments following investigations such as blood tests.
