In October 2025 we visited Chet Valley Medical Practice to speak with patients about their experience with health and social care services. From this visit we received 26 reviews for the surgery. The reviews have an average star rating of 4.2 out of 5.
Chet Valley Medical Practice is a GP surgery in the town of Loddon. Upon their last inspection in June 2023, the surgery received a rating of “Requires Improvement”, from the CQC. There were approximately 8900 patients registered with the surgery at the time of this inspection. The surgery offers a variety of services including aural (ear) microsuction, asthma reviews and physiotherapy.
Overall, people were content with the care they received at Chet Valley Medical Practice. Many raised how friendly and helpful all staff were. There was mixed feedback regarding access to appointments. Some felt that the new triage system was working well and that they got quick responses, however others felt that there were long waits, particularly for a named doctor.
