Health professionals from Norfolk will be joining colleagues from across East Anglia once again to support festival-goers at this year’s Latitude Festival.
It’s the fifth year in a row that the NHS will have a presence at the event, which takes place at Henham Park in Suffolk, 24 – 27 July 2025.
Offering advice
Members of the public will be able to speak to clinicians and staff about a range of services and topics such as Pharmacy First, skin cancer prevention, oral health, sexual health and maternity services. They’ll also be able to get advice about accessing the most appropriate care according to their needs.
The local NHS teams will attending in their Wellness on Wheels bus, which travels across Norfolk and Suffolk providing information and support about health matters.
‘Come and have a chat’
Kate Keeling, Head of Immunisations at NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board said: “We’re really looking forward to meeting people at Latitude again this year.
“Come and have a chat with us – whether it’s about vaccines, health advice or how to stay well while enjoying the festival.
“Our friendly team is here to help, and we want everyone to have a safe, healthy and brilliant time.”
Engaging with locals
Lucy Archer, who leads the vaccination programme at NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board, added: “We’re delighted to be taking our messages directly to festival goers.
“This is an excellent opportunity to engage with local people and visitors where we will once again offer advice and support along with highlighting local services and how to access them.”
