Upon their last inspection review in July 2023, the surgery received a rating of ‘Good’, from the CQC. Bridge Street Surgery offers a variety of services including a medicine dispensary and learning disability health checks.
Overall, people felt satisfied with the care they received at Bridge Street Surgery, with people praising the helpful and friendly attitudes of the staff. However, patients did express that telephone queues had lengthy waiting times.
