In March 2025, we visited Lincoln House care home in Swanton Morley, near Dereham, to speak to people about their experience as part of our ongoing targeted engagement of care homes in the county.
The site provides residential, respite and nursing care for up to 59 people aged 65 or over.
From this visit, we received five reviews. Three were from service users, one from a relative and one from a staff member with an overall rating of 4.4 out of 5.
Service users spoke highly of their relationships with staff and were pleased with the quality of care. We also heard that people appreciated how well everyone worked together at the home when it came to both caring for residents and ensuring families were involved.
