There are approximately 17,500 patients registered with the practice, which offers a variety of services including Diabetic, Asthma, and COPD checks.
Overall, people appeared to be satisfied with the care they received from School Lane Surgery. They specifically mentioned the friendly and caring attitudes of the staff, as well as timely appointments. There were mixed opinions about accessing appointments, alongside issues with prescribing medications and the telephone booking system.
