This report outlines the work done during the final year of a three-year project evaluating how well the Community Transformation Steering Group (managed by the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board and the Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust) is delivering on the transformation of community mental health services in Norfolk.
In the third year of this project we focussed on adults with serious mental illness who have used community-based mental health services within the past five years to determine whether they have seen any positive change.
Our report details our findings and sets out the recommendations we have made for the steering group’s next steps.
