Caring for over-65s
Share your experiences of looking after someone aged 65 or over in Norfolk.

Do you help look after someone aged over 65 in Norfolk? If you do, we would like to hear your experiences.
Healthwatch Norfolk is working with Norfolk County Council to understand the experiences of people who provide unpaid care for older adults. If you help a parent, partner, relative, or friend who is in that age bracket — even if you don’t think of yourself as a carer — your views are important.
Whether you’re helping with personal care, managing medication, or just providing regular company and support, your experience can help shape better services.
We want to find out:
- What makes it easier or harder for family or friends to be involved in care
- What support might help your family or friends take on or share caring responsibilities with you
How do I share my feedback?
Click the button below to complete the online survey
You can call us on 01953 856029 (lines are open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday)

The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous and handled only by Healthwatch Norfolk staff.
All your feedback will be analysed and put into a report which will be published. The recommendations from it will also be passed to Norfolk County Council to help them shape future services.
