Aiming for the best experience at the end of life
What are your experiences of end-of-life care, and how could access and quality of care be improved?
What are your experiences of end-of-life care, and would you like to help ensure there is access to the best quality care and support?
Healthwatch Norfolk is working with Marie Curie and NHS East of England to understand people’s experiences across the county, to help make that happen.
It wants to hear the stories of those who are:
- Living with a terminal illness
- Supporting or caring for someone with a terminal illness
- Have been bereaved in the last two years.
You can share your experiences in a number of ways.
You can do so online by clicking the button below
Call Healthwatch Norfolk on 0808 168 9669 (lines are open 10am to 4pm)
Email Healthwatch Norfolk on [email protected] to arrange a time to take part in the survey by phone.
Marie Curie are also looking for people to take part in one-to-one interviews or group discussions about their experiences. If you would like to take part in those, please fill in the form which you can find below.
All responses need to be submitted by Monday September 30.
The findings and experiences will then be shared with those people in both Norfolk and the wider East Anglia region who are responsible for making decisions about palliative and end-of-life care.
