Are you under 30 and willing to tell us about your NHS App experiences?

We are working with NHS Norfolk and Waveney to understand more about the take-up of the NHS App with people under 30 in Norfolk.

Are you under 30 and live in Norfolk? Do you go online to access health care? Or do you prefer to talk to someone in-person at your GP surgery?

We are working with NHS Norfolk and Waveney to understand more about the ways people access health care and information.

Our latest survey is focused on the NHS App which you can put onto your mobile phone or tablet. It will let you do various things including access your GP health record and test results, check on appointments, and get access to general medical information.

At the moment, lots of people aged under 30 are not using it and we are keen to find out more.

We are holding a series of group discussions to find out more about what the barriers are to using it, and what would make more people aged under 30 download and use it on their phone or tablet.

If you want to find out more about the project, you can email our project lead via the button below or give us a call on 0808 168 9669 (lines open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday).

We are gathering feedback and ideas from both under-30s and over-65s in Norfolk. Once all the responses are in, the Healthwatch Norfolk team will analyse them and then write a report detailing what we found. We will also publish a set of recommendations for the NHS locally based on what you tell us.
